1. Eligibility & Access
This site is intended for residents of the Clairmonte community in Alpharetta, GA.

Access to member content requires account approval by a board member.

Member accounts will only be approved for community members who are at least 18 years old.

2. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting access.

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms or misuse the site.

You may request to have your member account permanently deleted at any time.

Your account and member access will be permanently removed in the event you are no longer a resident of the Clairmonte community.

Your account may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the HOA board.

3. Profile Pictures
Members may upload a personal profile picture to their account.

Uploaded pictures are visible only to site administrators and are not publicly displayed to other members.

By uploading a picture, you grant the HOA permission to store and view the image for administrative purposes.

4. Content & Use
The site provides HOA-related documents and information for approved members of the Clairmonte community in Alpharetta, GA.

Users may not upload or contribute content beyond their profile picture at this time.

Users may update their personal information, i.e. name, email, or password, at any time.

Anti-spam measures are in place to protect against malicious attempts to enter the website.

5. Privacy
We collect only basic personal information, i.e. name, email, street address. This is information already held by the Clairmonte HOA.

This data is used solely to verify membership and provide member access.

6. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
